Brandon Hughes is a commercial real estate professional with RE/MAX Commercial Capital, a boutique, commercial real estate brokerage and asset management firm. RE/MAX Commercial Capital forms part of a global company operating with +4,000 dedicated and exclusive commercial agents in 92 countries.

Brandon is an integral part of an accomplished and productive brokerage team. He has over 5 years of direct experience managing complex commercial real estate transactions including: acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, asset underwriting/valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, purchase vs lease decisions, structured asset lease-up and land development. He operates within the Greater Edmonton Region with his RE/MAX Commercial Capital Team consisting of Scott Hughes and Brandi Guerrero.

Included in Brandon’s personal endeavors are a variety of interests. He enjoys playing hockey, golf, being anywhere in the mountains, snowboarding, riding his motorcycle, working on cars, living a healthy & sustainable lifestyle and is passionate about almost all sports. In 2014 Brandon was involved in Youth With a Mission (YWAM) where he spent 4 months living overseas in Switzerland followed by a 4 month outreach in Southern Africa.

Brandon has successfully received the globally recognized CCIM designation from Chicago, Illinois. CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member and denotes globally that the holder has completed advanced coursework in financial analysis, and has demonstrated extensive experience with specific transaction volume requirements (+$30M) in the commercial real estate industry. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial real estate investment valuations and sales.

For over 4 years, Brandon has been a leading member of the Developing Leaders Committee for the NAIOP Edmonton Chapter – a North American association, found in 1967 which has evolved into one of the largest & most prestigious commercial real estate organizations in North America. NAIOP’s Developing Leaders group is geared exclusively for young professionals in the commercial real estate industry under the age of 35.
