With over 30 years of financial and operational experience, Calvin Stepaniuk is the Controller for both RE/MAX Commercial Capital and RE/MAX Commercial Capital Property Management in Edmonton, Alberta.
Coupling his financial and operational background with his comprehensive skill set, Calvin has the tools he needs to quickly ascertain an appropriate action to the many daily operating issues that may arise, satisfying the client and maximizing the performance of an asset.
Being responsible for the day-to-day activities of RE/MAX Commercial Capital and RE/MAX Commercial Capital Property Management, Calvin oversees all accounting activities, budget reports, bank reconciliations and general operations of both Brokerages.
Calvin holds his CPA, CMA designation (Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant) from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
On a personal note, Calvin is a culinary connoisseur and enjoys entertaining and cooking for family and friends. He can often be found riding his motorcycle to and from the mountains or travelling to the west coast.
